AESC coordinated, prepared for, and participated in an on-site launch meeting with this agency’s senior staff. AESC supported the delivery of five full-day group workshops and subsequent half-day group workshops focused on the wastewater sites and provided specialized technical coaching during breakout sessions of the workshops. AESC also identified energy and operational cost savings opportunities, along with capital projects that would enable high energy savings and low Simple Payback Period (SPP) energy efficiency opportunities with implementation methodologies.
