AESC coordinated, prepared for, and participated in an on-site launch meeting with this agency’s Energy Champion and senior staff. AESC supported the delivery of five full-day group workshops in Year 1 and virtual half-day group workshops in Year 2. Both focused on issues concerning the wastewater sites and included specialized technical coaching during breakout sessions of the workshops. AESC identified energy and operational cost savings opportunities, along with capital projects that included high energy savings and low Simple Payback Period (SPP) energy efficiency opportunities with implementation methodologies.
