Mr. Cobb has over 15 years’ experience in software development and design, with experience in Windows and Web development using VB.net, ASP.net, C#, HTML, XAML, WPF, and MVC. He also has experience in relational database design and reporting using Access, SQL, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
Mr. Cobb develops, maintains, and provides support for tools that calculate estimated energy savings and automate the incentive program application process for software used by utilities and their customers. He works closely with engineers, software team members, and external customers to define requirements to implement and support new energy measures for software. Mr. Cobb also maintains and provides customer support for the Duke Custom-to-Go desktop application, Customized Calculation Tool (CCT) and Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Energy Management Online Application Tool website.
