Mr. Sandoval has over 20 years of programming experience in the development and management of computer software information systems. He is an expert C#, Java, C, C++, and Visual Basic, and is proficient in Windows, Unix and Linux environments.
Mr. Sandoval provides software development for utility customers and for internal needs. Software developed and/or currently maintained include: Duke Custom-to-Go desktop application, Southern California Edison’s Online Application Tool (OAT) software, Pacific Gas and Electric and San Diego Gas and Electric Excel-based application and review forms, AESC’s Audit Report Tool (ART) software and Field Inspection Tool (FIT) software, California Energy Commission PIER research and development project “Intelligent Software Agents for Integration of Renewables and Storage” and AESC’s Smart*DER project.
