Cliff performs energy audits, RCx investigations and implementation support, creates whole building models, Excel based custom calculations, and provides peer reviews for custom incentive utility programs. He has also served as a project manager responsible for specification documents and vendor submittal review. Cliff implements the NMEC approaches with many of the projects he helps implement.
He excels at in-depth facility technical analysis and opportunity identification for EE, conservation, generation, demand reduction and demand response. He has a proven track record of identifying actionable opportunities, narrating reports and presentations, and supporting his customers through the process of measure identification, project scoping, and utility incentives.
