Carlsbad and Concord, CA – September 1, 2009 — AESC has been awarded a 3-year contract to support Pacific Gas & Electric’s Integrated Demand-Side Management program. The program is designed to assist PG&E’s customers with evaluation and installation of equipment and techniques to lower their energy costs while saving energy and reducing demand.
AESC’s contract has been funded through March 2010 for $ 1.5 million with an estimated total contract value of $ 6 million for all three years. Over the course of the contract, AESC will support PG&E’s Integrated Demand-Side Management program in four primary areas, which include PG&E’s:
- Integrated Audits,
- Non-Residential-Demand Response programs,
- Non-Residential (Industrial & Agricultural) New Construction programs, and
